If your PC is upgraded to Windows 10 (or Windows 8.x), no need to install Internet Explorer 11 (the latest version of the browser), since the latter is 'standard'.
At this point, scroll through the list of Windows features that are shown to you, find the entry for Internet Explorer, put the check mark next to the latter, press the button I Accept and wait for the browser to reintegrate into the system.
